We’re thrilled to announce that we have once again been selected as a Booking.com Premier Connectivity Partner!

This is Booking.com’s highest partner connectivity status, reserved for top-performing partners dedicated to providing hosts with outstanding services and solutions. Our commitment to continually improving our software and host experience has now earned us this recognition for the third time, in addition to top partner statuses with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Expedia.

Most importantly, this recognition comes with additional benefits and resources we can pass along to our users.

About Booking.com’s Connectivity Partner Program

Booking.com partners with a variety of channel managers and property management systems (like Lodgify) to ensure its users have access to the best products and services available. They designed their Connectivity Partner Program to maintain positive relationships with these providers and encourage them to continue working to benefit hosts.

To that end, the program awards partners with points based on specific actions they take. Depending on their performance, providers can achieve Standard, Advanced, or Premier partner status:

  • Standard: When a connectivity provider collaborates with Booking.com, they automatically become a Standard partner. You can securely use these providers’ systems to manage your rates and availability on Booking.com and access your reservations.
  • Advanced: Advanced partners not only allow you to update your rates and availability and retrieve reservations through their systems, but also offer additional functionalities by adopting other products. The specific features available depend on the provider.
  • Premier: Premier partners, including Lodgify, represent Booking.com’s top-tier connectivity providers. They offer the most sophisticated systems and the broadest array of products and services. Additionally, their connection quality typically surpasses that of Advanced partners.

Since Booking.com’s connectivity partners are assigned tiers based on their overall performance, they’re a great guide for hosts deciding which channel manager and PMS to choose.

How connectivity partners qualify

So, how can Booking.com’s connectivity partners qualify for these tiers?

As we mentioned above, providers automatically become a Standard partner when they start working with Booking.com. From there, partners can gain points to qualify for Advanced or Premier status by:

  • Adding business value: The more properties a partner connects, the easier it is for Booking.com to verify the solution’s effectiveness and the more points the partner earns.
  • Implementing Booking.com’s product features: This is important to ensure hosts have access to as many features as possible when connecting their channel manager to Booking.com. By implementing a broad range of features, Lodgify eliminates the need for users to access Booking.com’s platform separately.
  • Developing a quality connection with the Booking.com platform: Adopting Booking.com’s APIs enables partners to provide a reliable and bug-free user experience.
  • Engaging with Booking.com: Booking.com encourages partners to help them test new products and share feedback via research interviews, improving the onboarding experience and optimizing the platform’s performance.
