Thanks to this new release, all your messages between Vrbo and Lodgify are now seamlessly synced.
Enhancing the guest experience
Part of providing the best guest experience possible is ensuring communications are as streamlined as possible. After all, your guests are on vacation—you don’t want them to have to jump through any extra hoops just to communicate with you.
That’s exactly the goal of this new feature. Because Vrbo communications are now synced in the Lodgify Unified Inbox, all messages you send go directly to the guest’s Vrbo inbox instead of their email.
As a result, guests no longer have to check their email to see messages from you, and you don’t have to worry about them missing important communications.
Seamless communication at your fingertips
This new feature has benefits for hosts, too.
Since you can now manage all pre- and post-booking communications directly from your Lodgify Unified Inbox, both on desktop and mobile, there’s no need to log into the Vrbo platform to send or view messages. Any messages (and attachments!) you send from the Lodgify Unified Inbox will automatically appear in your Vrbo inbox as well, and vice versa.
What’s more, you don’t need to do anything to start taking advantage of this new feature.

Note: For offline bookings, which Vrbo does not support, messages will continue to be sent via email and won’t be shown in the Vrbo inbox. Additionally, messages will only be synced for existing and future reservations. Message threads from bookings that had checkout prior to this feature launch will not be synced.
