Starter, Professional and Ultimate scale up from there, starting at $26, $42 and $62/month respectively.

Starter, Professional and Ultimate include commission-free direct bookings through your Lodgify website: you pay your subscription instead of an additional booking commission, though payment processing fees may still apply. (Bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com still carry those platforms' own host fees, which Lodgify doesn't control.)

Lodgify's subscription plans can be charged in U.S. Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) or British Pounds (GBP).

Lodgify includes Google Vacation Rentals integration on the Professional and Ultimate plans at no extra cost. GVR results appear above organic search results. Traffic from GVR goes directly to your own website, not a Lodgify-branded page.

Channel manager

Lodgify's channel manager includes direct API connections to Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com across every plan, syncing calendars, rates, bookings and property data in real time to help prevent double bookings. Additional or local channels can be connected through iCal.

Unified inbox

Lodgify's unified inbox brings guest conversations from Airbnb, Vrbo and your direct booking site into one place, with WhatsApp messaging available directly from the dashboard. Saved replies, automated responses, and a built-in AI writing assistant help you respond to guest inquiries faster, drawing on reservation details.
